Ernest, born 1903, was a schoolteacher and later moved to Toronto, where he married. They had no children.

Foster, born 1906, married Hazel Bernard, French River. They now live in Summerside and have three children.

Elsie, born 1912, moved to Toronto and married E. Ferris. Tley had two children. She died in 1971.

Samuel sold this property to James Lawless and moved to Clifton where he operated a general store and post office. C-le built many fine homes and barns in the surrounding area.

James Lawless

James Lawless, 1884-1950, bought Samuel Dunning’s prope 'ty in 1907. He married Annie Ethel Somers, 1880-1917. They lad the following family: William, Mae, Etta, Viola, Jesse, James (31"., Jean Helen and Cecil.

Etta, born 1903, married Edwin Beairsto, Margate. Tl 65‘ had two sons.

"‘Mae, born 1901, died in Clinton in 1910.

Jean, born 1910, married Alfred Morrison, Boston. They live in Millcove. They have eight children.

Others in the family lived abroad.

James was a butcher and ran a meat wagon. He was alsaa good laborer. He sold the property to Albert Reeves. After he left Clinton, his wife died and he re-married a Miss Reeves. They had three children.

Albert Reeves married Martha Lawless. They had the follow- ing family: Ruby, Fred, Harold and a child who died from burns.

They did business in the grocery stor and he was a laborer He sold the property to James Graham about 1912. James Graham

James Graham married Ellen Graham, Cavendish, and they had the following family: Harry, Laura, Russell, Lizzie and LomSe

Harry married Lucy MacQuarrie, Bonshaw and they had two daughters.
