Mildred, born 1910, married Rev. H. M. Buntain, who died in 1971. They had no children.

George MacKay
George, born 1912, took over his father’s farm in 1942 and married Ruth Montgomery, Park Corner, that year. They have two sons, Donald and David.
Donald married Dianne Hendricken in 1969. They live in Bun- bury and have a son.
David married Dianne Toombs in 1968. They live at the Oak- wood Estates, P‘arkdale and have a daughter.
In 1966 George sold the farm to the Higgins Bros, New York, and moved to Parkdale.

Charles Somers
Charles Somers, 1863-1929, son of George Somers and Betsy Vincent, was married to Mary Anne Warren, 1863-1941, and they owned this house and lot which is near Warren’s Creek. They had two daughters: Alice and Florence. Two sons died in infancy.
Alice married Dan MacKay of N.S. and they lived in the USA. They had two children.
Florence, 1893-1929, was unmarried and lived at home.
Earl Carr
The next resident of this property was Earl Carr, who came to Clinton in 1929. Earl was a lance corporal in the Second WO'I'Id War. He married Christina Manderson and they had the followml family: George, Jean, Louise, Harvey and Robert. In 1944 they moved to Stanley Bridge. Earl is now a widower.
George married Lorraine Doiron and they live in Stanley Bridge. They have five children.
Jean. married John Milne and they live in Alberta.
Louise married Brendon Reid and they live in Hope River- Anne married Norman Birkholtz and they live in Alberta. Harvey and John are at home.
