David Whitehead
David, son of William Whitehead Jr. and Rebecca Power mar ried Jane Johnstone, 1853-1925. David was a carpenter as well as a farmer. He died in 1912. They had the following family: Ida, John, Mildred, Bessie, Jennie, Cassie, Lila and a daughter who died in infancy.
Ida married and lived) in the USA.
, Mildred, Bessie and Jennie moved to western Canada. Jennie is still living. Cassie married Walter Wigmore, Graham’s Road. They 2re
now retired and living in Kensington. They had ten children, all now living.
’Lila married Fred Henderson, Margate, who served in the First World War. They have eight children, all living. She is IDW a widow.
John Whitehead
John, 1880-1963, married Etta Heaney, 1883-1962. They lad the following family: Harry, Lena, Verna, Mildred, Armel, Graze, Edith and Lois.
John was a livestock dealer as well as a farmer.
\ Harry, born 1907, married Winnifred MacKay, 1900-1965, New London. They had two children, Jeaninne and Ralph and lived 1’01“ a time in the home now owned by Harold Heaney. They also li’r'ed » in Graham’s Road, New London and Charlottetown. Harry re- married in 1966 to Margaret Worth.
Lena, R.N., born 1908, married Ivan Horne, Charlottetown. They had three children and she is now a Widow.
Verna, born 1911, was a school teacher and married Malcnlm Murray, Graham’s Road. They lived in Pictou, NS. and had five children. Malcolm died in 1962.

Grace, born 1919, was a school teacher and an RN. She trial” ried Perry Hurst, N.S. They have two sons, lived in Peru, Jamaica: and are now living in Singapore.
Edith, born 1922, married Lloyd Bowness, Norboro. They ha"e five children and live in Summerside.
Lois, born 1924, married Earl Ford, Charlottetown. She is now a. widow.
This farm is still owned by Armel Whitehead and a few years
