Imports 1864 were 85,000 ft. boards, 245 M shingles, 13 M laths, 4 spars, 427 ton salt, 483 bbls. flour, 192 ton limestone, 186 bbls. herring,
12 pkgs. ironmungry, 234 lbs. tobacco and 1,167 lbs. sole leather.
The railway came to Kensington in 1875 and a lot of the shipping was done by rail after this date.
