NOTE: Cornelius Higgins and Isabella Higgins witnessed the will of James Gregor of Brackley Point, Lot 33, 22 July 1813. Isabella may
have been the wife of Cornelius Higgins of Covehead.

i Deronda, b. ca. 1845; m. ca. 1865 David McGregor (b. in 1843; d. 27 Dec. 1885 ae. 42; bur. at West Covehead), son of Joseph and Isabella (Brown) McGregor of Covehead and grandson of John and Isabella (Lawson) Brown. After her husband's death,
Deronda and her children moved first to Massachusetts and
afterwards to California.
