56 PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND It receives a grant of $100.00 from the Department of Agriculture. Its membership is composed of one delegate for each institute in good standing and one additional delegate for every twenty-five members thereof in good standing with two delegates from each of the following Associations : “ The Fruit Growers’ Association of Prince Edward Island," “The Farmer’s and Dairymens'Associa- tion of Prince Edward Island,” and ”The Prince Edward Island Poultry Association.” The Provincial Seed Fair is managed by a committee appointed by this Institute. At the Annual Meeting, 1915, the following officers were elected : President—D. N. McKay Secretary—E. B. McLaren Vice-Pres. for Queen’s—Rev. P. D. McGuigan Vice-Pres. for King’s—D. F.
