     This Association was organized in 1913. In that year it re- 
     
    
   
   
    
     ceived a grant of $76.81 from the Department of Agriculture for 
     
     the holding of a Floral Show in the Prince of Wales College in the 
     
     month of August 1913 ; but in 1914 the grant was withdrawn. 
     
     Still the Show was held and pronounced highly successful ; and a 
     
     successful show was also held in 1915, though there was no grant.
