Church and the Brackley School. He was a simple farmer who died on October 14, 1904. He is buried in Sherwood Cemetery.

James Dixon - He was a substantial farmer who was born on P.E.l. in June, 1824, the son of John and Sarah (Roper) Dixon of Scotland. John emigrated to P.E.l. at an early age and located the farm on 100 acres of fine tillable land in Brackley. This same land remained In their family for over a century.
