1960 Annual school picnic was held at Brackley Beach - 28 certificates were

granted to the students. After the lunch Mr. Wylie Bryenton and Mr. Guy Pierce helped organize several races.

1963 The superintendant of schools, Mr. Claude Wood made this report:

”Marks attained by the pupils in Grades one to four in all but a few cases are very good. The class average for Grades one, two, and three is significantly above the recognized norm. General progress is quite

capabilities. The quality of teaching here is excellent. (With reference to the teachers, Mrs. Rena Hughes and Mrs. Mildred Carr.)”

April 30, 1970 Grade one to four chorus won 3rd place in the annual music festival.
