To all to whom it may concern. —-

WHEREAS by “The Souris In- corporation Act. 1910" it is enact- ed that the said Act shall come into operation by order of the Lieutenant Governor. in Council, upon the requisition of at least two-thirds of all persons liable to pay any provincial tax or asses ment resident within the limits of the Town of Souris, as set forth in Section one of the said Act;

AND WHEREAS a petition from two-thirds of all the persons liable to pay any provincial tax or assess- ment resident within the limits of the said Town of Souris, asking that said Act be brought into opera- tion by Order of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, has been duly received;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that the said Act be brought into operation as desired and prayed for by the- said Peti- tioners.

I have therefore thought fit by and with the advice and consent of His Majesty’s Executive Council of this Province, to order and direct that the said Act shall come into operation on the fourteenth day of November. instant, of which all persons concerned are required to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.
