The formation of No. 255 Souris High School Cadet Corps, Military District No. 6, Headquarters, Halifax, Nova Scotia, was authorized by the Department of National Defense, Ottawa, July 16, 1910. Souris was sur- passed in chronological order by West Kent, St. Dunstan’s, Prince of Wales College and Queen Square.
