The teacher, Miss Vera Campbell, Chelton (later Mrs. John W. Waugh) took the picture and it is used through the courtesy of her son, Charles Waugh, New Annan, P.E.I. These school children are now the adults whose memories provided the structure needed to cross the bridge between the past and the present.
