amount of luck in befriending foxes. These smart animals perhaps sense their fate. In any case they are almost impOssible to tame. Lyman, however, would never give up on them, and was often heard to say, in a soothing tone: “Foxy, foxy, Lyman‘s foxy; don’t be scared of Lyman!"
Lyman and Jennie had two children:
Betty Elaine (October 1, 1933) married Cyrus Kingsley Shaw (May 22, 1924) of Martinvale, on June 19, 1955. Betty received an RN. from the Prince County Hospital in 1954. Both she and Kingsley work at Prince County Hospital, and live on Schurman Ave., Summerside. They have one daughter, Dorothy Ann (April 17, 1971 .)
Lyman Bowness (April 3, 1939) was married on July 22, 1961, in Summer- side to Norma Jean Crozier (May 17, 1941). She is the daughter of Olive (Smith) and Bernett Crozier of Read’s Corner, Wilmot. They live in Wilmot Valley on the homestead where Lyman farms. They have three children:

East of the Huestis home on the same side of the road is the trim gray bungalow belonging to Barry and Heather Webster.
WEBSTER
Barry Neil Webster (1950) is the son of Douglas and Mary Jane (Forbes) Webster of Kelvin Grove. On June 5, 1971, he married Heather Glen Frost. Heather is the daughter of Charles Thomas and May Lillian (Enman) Frost, of Springhill, P.E.l. The Websters purchased land from Stavert Huestis and began building a new home in July, 1971. They moved to Wilmot Valley in December, 1971. Heather worked at the Medical Records Department in Prince County Hospital at that time. Barry teaches plumbing at Holland College Centre, Summerside. He also enjoys music very much and is a drummer in one of the current dance bands. Barry and Heather have two sons: Gregory Forbes ( 1973) and James Mitchell (1975).
Further along the Blueshank we come to the new home which Stavert and Edith Huestis built, which is sheltered on the south and east by a thick grove of trees.
