     John Robert Agnew (1871-1944) married Zilla Green (1876-1943). 
     
    

    
     They lived at first with Robert’s parents and later farmed on the Palmer 
     
    

    
     land which Robert bought from his father, William, in December, 1897. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Robert bought twenty-five acres of land from Reuben Dickieson also, in 
     
     1909. Robert farmed and had the following family: 
     
    
   
   
    
     Luther Otis married Mary Elizabeth Bird and lived in Rochester. NY. They 
     
     had one son. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Ethel married Leonard Bowman of North Wiltshire, P.E.I. They had a 
     
     son, and a daughter who now lives in Ottawa, Ontario. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Hubert MacKay (Sept. 16, l907-July 7, 1967) farmed in Wilmot Valley. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Hubert married Barbara MacGougan, daughter of Sinclair and Win- 
     
     nifred (Crozier) MacGougan of Malpeque, in October, 1930. They farmed, 
     
     living with Hubert’s parents at first, and then building a house across the 
     
     road where they lived for several years. This house was later sold and moved 
     
     to the site of the Harry Waugh house which was destroyed by fire in 1938. 
     
     Hubert and Barbara then moved back to Hubert‘s former home. Hubert 
     
     farmed and later became a potato-dealer, buying produce and shipping it 
     
     from his warehouse near Clermont Station. Following that, they moved to 
     
     Summerside and Hubert became a machinery dealer. The land in Wilmot 
     
     Valley was sold, with the land south of the river going to Darius Hogg, and 
     
     the land north of the river going to Gerald and Floyd Caseley. Hubert and 
     
     his family moved eventually to Hamilton. Ontario. Hubert and Barbara

     Shirley (Sept. 9, 1932) married Don DeMarsh. They live in Etobicoke, 
     
     Ontario and have two sons, Grant and Garth. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Doris (March 3, 1935) married Ellsworth Mann. They live in Kensington 
     
     and have four children, Leslie Allan, Donald, Robert and Rodney. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Ruth (Oct. 26, 1936) married Bennett Jenkins. Ruth and her family live in 
     
     London, Ontario. The children are Beverly, Hubert, David and 
     
     Nadine. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Jean (Dec. 20, 1938) married Al Corbett. They live in Grimsby, Ontario and 
     
     their children are A1, Robert, Donald and Barbara. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Janet (Sept. 12, 1940) married Clarence Robertson. They live in Hamilton, 
     
     Ontario and have five children: Lynn, Brian, Wendy. Debbie and 
     
     Brenda. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Nancy (March 20, 1946) married Paul Webb. They live in Hamilton. 
     
     Ontario and have three children, Aaron, Danielle and Leigh Ann.
