Annabelle (1863-1922) married John Humphrey. They lived in North Berwick, Maine. and had a family of two boys.

Dorcas (1865-1909) married William Arbing (1853—1936). They had one daughter, Ruby, and lived in Berwick, Maine.

Thurza (1867-1931) married William Cairns (1864-1932). They lived in Freetown and had five children: John Scott, Ida Mae, William Cecil, Amy Belle and Cora.

John Rhodes Picketts married Margaret Jane Cairns, daughter of John and Maria (Crawford) Cairns of Freetown. They continued to farm in Wilmot Valley. Mrs. Picketts died at only forty-four years of age. It is said of Mr. Picketts that no man had ever spoken ill of him, as he was always kindly, hospitable, and a good neighbour. Mr. Picketts was very active in the school, church, and in anything which would better the community. John and Jane had the following family:

Lulu married Justin G. Woodside. They lived in Clinton and had one son, Hillard.

J. Darrell (1901) married Katherine Clarke of Wilmot Valley and farmed at home.

Crawford Roy (1902—1974) married Blanche Weatherby. After living in Western Canada for several years, they returned to BE]. and farmed in Kelvin Grove. They had a large family: Gladys Minnie, Kathleen Jane, Marion Alice, John Walter, Clifford Roy, George Duncan, Darrell Gordon, Judith, Myrtis. Allen and Helen.

Vera Jane married Waldon Davison. They live in Kensington. Their family are Gwynneth Jane, Earle Davison and Gladys Arlene.

Myrtis Marshall married William B. Montgomery of Bedeque. Their two sons are J. Norman and George.

Gladys married George B. Frizzell (1905—1937). They lived in Summerside. Following Mr. Frizzell’s death Gladys received her R.N. in New Brunswick. She also took a postgraduate course in Operating Room Technology in Montreal and then served as Operating Room Super- visor in various hospitals in Canada. She is now retired and lives in Bedeque.

Willard C. Picketts married Nora MacKenzie. They live in Dartmouth, NS and have a family of four: John Willard, Elaine Nora, Anne Margaret and Darrell Kirk. Willard was educated at Prince of Wales College, Dalhousie University, and Pine Hill Divinity Hall. He was ordained as a minister by the Maritime Conference of the United Church of Canada in 1934.
