     Thomas married Eliza Harvey of Cape Traverse and they moved to Kansas. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Margaret (1851-1918) married John Harvey of Cape Traverse on May 3, 
     
     1877. They were the parents of the prominent historian, Dr. Daniel 
     
     Cobb Harvey. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Matilda (1855-1921) married Laughlin MacKay of New London, on Jan. 8, 
     
     1874, and they farmed in Dundas, P.E.I. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Annie (1856-1934) married John Hillman of Stanley Bridge. They retired in 
     
     Breadalbane and are buried there. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Eliza (1857-1882) married George Henderson, a farmer, in February, 1882, 
     
     and lived in Margate where she is buried. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Daniel (ca. 1863— ) lived in Boston. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Alberta (1867—1951) married John W. Stavert, a farmer, of North Bedeque, 
     
     where Alberta is buried. 
     
    
   
   
    
     After the Cobbs moved away the house was owned by Murdock Ross. 
     
    
   
   
    
     ROSS 
     
    
   
   
    
     Murdock Ross (1829-1896) was a magistrate and a commissioner for 
     
     taking affidavits and deeds, a Justice of the Peace, and farmer. He married 
     
     Margaret Carruthers (1844-1914) daughter of Samuel and Sophia (Muttart) 
     
     Carruthers. They lived in Wilmot Valley for only a short time, later moving 
     
     to Ross’s Corner. The corner was named after the Ross family. Their

     John (born after 1865) died young. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Sophia (1867-1939) was a medical doctor and was known affectionately as 
     
     “Dr. Mary." 
     
    
   
   
    
     Annie (1874-1974) was a superintendent of the Prince County Hospital. She 
     
     married D.R. Morrison. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Jennie was a school teacher. 
     
     Lottie married D.J. McCutcheon and lived in Calgary. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Theodore (1877-1959) was a school teacher and later became a United 
     
     Church minister. He married Florence Myrtle Annear from Mon- 
     
     tague. They had three children. 
     
    
   
   
    
     George was a lawyer and later became a senator in Calgary. 
     
     Gordon died in his youth. 
     
     Amy (1881-1898) died in her youth.
