HOGG

Walter Hogg (l830~1894) son of Herbert and Margaret (Flood) Hogg of Wilmot Valley, married Eliza Hall (1834-1887) daughter of James and Margaret (Weeks) Hall. Walter farmed until he died at the age of sixty- four due to injuries received when he was gored by a bull. Walter and Eliza had seven children:

Robert Weeks (1874-1955) married Mary Ellen Curtis and farmed at home for a few years, before moving to the Wilmot Grove Road. (See Robert Weeks Hogg).

John William (1869-1948) married Sarah Ada Clark (1878-1956), and farmed on the Blueshank Road. (See John W. Hogg).
