The South West Branch of the Highland Society of Prince Edward Island will hold a general meeting at the house of the Vice President, Mr. Alexander Mclnnis, Tryon, on Thursday the 8th day of July next, at half-past Three o’clock, afternoon the presence of the Members of the Association is par- ticularly requested, as a ballot will take place for the ad- mission of new members. THOMAS FAIRBAIRN, Secretary

DeSable, June 26th, 1841.”
