He has frequently represented his church in the Diocesan Synod of Nova Scotia, and in 1892 was elected by the latter body a Delegate to both the Provincial and General Synods of Canada. 144.5. SARAH CUNDALL, born at Charlottetown, March 2, 1838; died Feb. 12, 1843. I448. THERESA CUNDALL, born at Charlottetown, P. E. 1., May 25, I840, was for many years an active and consistent member of the Church of England. After the death of her father in 1876, she felt at liberty to carry out a long cherished desire, of devoting herself more entirely to a religious life and work. Accordingly she left her home in Charlottetown for England, August 18, 1877, and after a few months’ residence in London, on December 1 1, 1877, she was admitted as a Postulant to the Clewer Sisterhood of S. John Baptist. At Whitsuntide, 1878, she entered the novitiate, and finally, on July 21, 1880, she made her profession, taking the vows, and was set apart as a professed or full sister by the Bishop of Oxford. She has served in several of the branch houses in England, and is now (1893) “Sister in charge ” of a young women’s reformatory, S. Mary’s Home, Salisbury, England, which position she has filled for some years. § 800. MILLICENT CASTLE HASZARD, 7 (William, 6; Thomas, 5; Jonathan, 4.; Thomas, 3; Robert, 2; Thomas, I), was born at Bellevue, Prince Edward Island, August 10, 1803. She married,January 1 8, 1827, William Hodges of Cymbria Lodge, Rustico, Prince Edward Island, formerly of Monmouthshire, England. He was Estate Agent, and gentleman farmer, and for some time High Sheriff for Queens County, Justice of the Peace for the same County, and Com— missioner for small debts. He died January 26, 1857, and was buried beside his wife, in the old burying—ground, Malpeque Road, Charlottetown. She died at St. John, New Brunswick, where she went for the benefit of her health, on May 8, 1855, in her fifty—second year. Her remains were brought to the Island by her brother Charles Hazard, and laid to rest in the old burying—ground, Malpeque Road. She was a. gentle Christian woman, and blessed with a cheerful disposition, gener— ous to the poor, and hospitable to all. To do a kindness to any afliiéted one was to her a pleasure. Forgetting her own weakness, she frequently went beyond her strength in endeavoring to bring consolation and comfort to others.1 CHILDREN 144.9. CLARA AMELIA Honoss, born Nov.
