Sister Mary Ethel MacDonald C.N.D.
Sister Ethel, daughter of Frank MacDonald and Mary Fisher, Orwell Cove, entered the Congregation of Notre Dame in August, 1930. Sister made her perpetual profession in August, 1938. Sister taught in Lewiston, Maine; in Richmond, Que.; Port Felix, N.S.;_ Summerside, P.E.I. and presently Sister Ethel is Sacristan at Notre Dame Convent, Char- lottetown.
Sister Mary Cairns C.N.D.
Mary Cairns, daughter of William Cairns and Ann O’Keefe, Elliotvale, entered the Congregation of Notre Dame in January, 1930 and made her perpetual profession in August, 1937. Sister Mary has been en- gaged in the teaching profession in Bourbonnais, 111.; in Providence, R.I.; in Lewiston, Maine; in St. Johnsbury, Vermont and is presently engaged in South Holland, 111.
Sister Florence Morrissey C.N.D.
Florence Morrissey, daughter of Wendelin Morrisey and Frances MacDonald, Earnscliffe, entered the Sisters of the Congregation of Notre Dame in January 1939 and made her perpetual profession in August 1946. Sister Florence taught in Montreal, Tignish, North Rustico, Summerside, Notre Dame, P.E.I., Newcastle, N.B. and Mabou, N.S. Sister is presently engaged in Guidance Counseling in Miscouche Junior High School.
Sister Anita May MacIsaac C.N.D.
Anita May, daughter of Daniel A. MacIsaac and Mary Ann Mac- Donald, entered the Sisters of the Congregation of Notre Dame in 1947 and made her perpetual profession in 1955. Sister taught in Montreal, P.Q., Newcastle, N.B., Antigonish, NS, and Charlottetown, P.E.I. Due to illness Sister’s teaching career was shortened and on March 7, 1951
Sister gave her soul back to God.
Sister Teresa MacKenzie
Sister Teresa, daughter of Charles MacKenzie and Mary Hynes entered the Sisters of the Congregation of Notre Dame in August. 1948.
and made her perpetual vows in August, 1956. Sister taught in Summerside, Charlottetown and North Rustico. P.E.I., and Truro. NS. Sister IS pre- sently engaged in co-ordinating Religious Education In Newcastle, N.B.
