After the war, successful projects included a magazine agency; the Kirk store where articles left from the bazaar were sold and, in some cases, special orders were taken; the sale of stationery with a sketch of the church on it; and the publication of the Kirk cookbook. About this time a new carpet for the centre aisle of the church was purchased.

Since the formation of the Auxiliary, banquets for Girl Guides, Brownies, Boy Scouts, Cubs, and choir members have been conscientiously held. They have catered to weddings and dinners for outside groups. In 1967 there was a gala, never-to—be—forgotten family party, when that character, unique of his .species, but affectionately known as our good friend Smitty, officially resigned as Church Officer.

During the 31 years that the Kirk Auxiliary was in operation, generous donafions were made annually to the Board of Trustees, usually for current expenses, and sometimes for the debt reduction.

WHERE?

"Father, where shall I work today?"

And my love flowed warm and free.

Then he pointed me a tiny spot

And said, "TEnd that for me."

I answered quickly, "6h no, not that; Why, no one would ever see,

No matter how well my work was done

In that little place for Thee."

And the word He spoke, it was not stern, He answered me tenderly;

"Ah, little one, search that heart of thine; Art thou working for them or Me? Nazareth was a little place,

And so was Galilee!"
