George Millar preaching at 7:00 p.m. In 1916 the minister's stipend (salary) was voted to be raised to $1,000.00 as soon as possible. Pastoral Charge was formed and consisted of Montrose , Elmsdalc, Mimincgash and . Tignish joined the Albcrton Charge.
