first parsonage the church ever had and was the first pastor to occupy il, 1878. During his pastorate forty-five were added to Kingsboro Church and a large number to the other churches he served. The Association was held here, 1878. A special sketch of his life and work is given further on.

A fine preacher and faithful pastor. He and Mrs. Kinley were greatly beloved by the Church. The influence of their life and work here still goes on. He was ordained here and Mrs. Kinley was the first

one he baptized. They had both been Methodists. See sketch of them

further on. The Association was again held here during his pastorate {1884).
