Rev. Mr. Piper was pastor of the Baptist Church for two years (1914-1916). He was trained in Spurgeon’s College, London. His connection with the Kingsboro Baptist Church was brief and uneventful. He was rated as a faithful, conscientious worker and a man of high spiri- tual ideals. His tragic death in England through an automobile acci- dent was mourned by many devoted friends.
