Rev. & Mrs. Frank Sinnott THE PASTORATE OF REV . FRANK SINNOTT 1966-1971 From Port Williams. X.S .. came the next minister in the person of Rev. Frank Sinnott . He served the Field for five years, partially retiring to his home1 in Port Williams in 1971. In the winter of 1967, the Church decided the kitchen of the parsonage needed remodelling. Wilbur Jarvis and Aubrey MacGregor were engaged to do the work, and they began in February. Mr. and Mrs. Sinnott were given two weeks off while the work was being done. It was truly a wonderful job and a complete transformation, with a workroom replacing the old pantry and porch, and new cup¬ boards in the main kitchen, with tiled floor. It was late in the summer of 1967 that Mrs. Sinnott 's health began to deteriorate. She entered hospital in Halifax in September of '67 and remained there till April of '68. When she returned home1, she was confined to a wheel chair, later confined to her bed until she passed away in September of 1969. Throughout the long days and longer nights, the weeks and months of her sufferings, her sweet smile and cheerful manner, her patience and fortitude bore silent
