The historical committee members are indebted to the various groups. organi- /ations. and individuals for their cooperation in submitting and checkingy reports for this chapter in our history, This material was gathered from Church reports. pastors~ newsletters. newspaper clippings. and diaries.

Throughout these years the committee lost the services ol‘ two of its mem— bers. yi/z liarl Kennedy who passed away on June 9. [976. and Sharon Ching who retired in 1978.

Susie Robertson Alberta Rose and Della l-‘raser were made honorary members in 1983 but Della is still active.

New members include Evelyn Bruce. Erma Stewart. Martin Ching. Margaret Stewart and Connie Collin. Stuart MacGregor continues as Chair— man ol‘ the Committee.
