Bible Reading Campaign The pastor began a Bible Reading Campaign in 1980 and challenged the readers to complete the reading of the Bible in the year. Eldon Hicks On Sunday evening April 26, 1981, Rev. Eldon Hicks was guest speaker at the church in Kingsboro . He spoke in the interest of Drugs and Alcohol among the young people and he also spoke with the students in the schools during the week. Communion to Shut-Ins This was started during the pastorate of Rev. Jackson Willett and in the fall of 1980 it was taken up again by Rev. Steve Dobbins and the Deacons of both churches, who also visit the Souris Hospital and at regular intervals.
