Men's Institute On November 5, 1980 the first meeting for the Men's Institute group was held in the church with 43 men registered. It was a weekly course of practical training in learning and applying basic scriptural principles. Its purpose was to unite and train men who are committed to building suc¬ cessful personal lives, marriages, families, business, and ministries upon the basic principles, standards, character, and convictions of God 's Word. Further, it was for training fathers to reclaim the full teaching responsi¬ bilities of their own sons and daughters and then to wisely delegate parts of it to others. Such a program greatly benefitted all and the church really needed it. Bobby & Margaret MacGregor Robert J . (Bobby) MacGregor Bobby was born and brought up at East Baltic , the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold MacGregor . He received his early education in the local schools.
