New Sunday School Rooms
New Sunday School rooms were built in the church basement in 1981 by Aubrey MacGregor, Brian Lumsden, and Troy Bruce.
Leighton Ford Crusade
The week long Leighton Ford Crusade came to a close at the Charlottetown Forum on Sunday afternoon, June 21 with a crowd of2,500 attending, bring- ing the Crusade’s total attendance to 14,550.
A bus load from the East Point United Baptist Church attended the meeting held on Tuesday evening, June 16 with Edgar Dixon as bus driver.

Ken MacDougall, an elder in the Wyndholme Christian Church in Dartmouth. Nova Scotia, spoke and showed slides on the Dominican Republic on Sunday evening, May 31, 1981 at Kingsboro. He helped develop the Mission Project called, “The Bells of Hope.”

On March 7. 1982 while our Pastor was attending an All-Canada Committee Meeting in Guelph, Ontario, Chad Stretch had both services. In the evening he showed slides on camping.
