Mission Band Children
On Sunday morning. June 13, 1982, the Mission Band Children supplied special music by singing two selections - “Good Morning To You” and “Jesus Loves Somali Children."
New Christian Singers
On March 13. 1982 the New Christian Singers presented a musical service in the church at Kingsboro.

On August 8. 1982 Deane Vanderwall played the morning prelude on the church organ at Kingsboro and he also accompanied his wife. Ruth. who sang a solo. Deane is a grandson of Rev. J.A. Ford. one ofthe men responsible for compiling the first church history. 1833 - 1933. This was Deane’s first visit to P.E.l. and our area where he met many of his relatives.
Baptist Ladies Retreat
Over the years 1978 - 1981 several ladies from our area attended the Baptist Ladies Retreat at Dalvay—by-the-Sea. These included Bertie Rose, Eileen MacLarcn. Beverley MacGregor, Margaret Stewart, Florence MacLean. Bertha Robertson, Sandra Ching. Martha MacGregor, Amanda MacGregor, Elaina Willett. and Sue Dobbins.
