February 7, 1927 $80.00 was made from a pie social in the church.

June 20, 1927 Temperance Meeting held by Dr. Grant.

July 24, 1927 Preaching by Russell Leard.

August 17, 1927 Tea Party held at the church.

October 16, 1928 Duck supper served at William Green’s house.

February 16, 1930 We had the worst storm that I can remember. The preacher came out, but was storm-stayed at William Green’s house. Rev. George Ambrose Daniel Elliott.

June 24, 1930 We had a Tea Party for the church today.

July 6, 1930 The interior of the church looked fine after having been papered and the ceiling whitewashed.

August 3, 1930 Rev. MacDonald preached with a good many strangers present.

Dec. 4, 1932 Elder James E. Palmer, Sr. died.

1934 In 1934, the Miminegash United Church building was placed on a foundation by George Mclnnis and Hedley Palmer.

This was a very busy year according to all of the activities that were reported. The rear of the church was shingled, and the building was painted. Among the many painters who volunteered their help were: Emmett Sentner, Ronald Costain, Jock Rix, Hazel Murraquudy Ellsworth, Alfred Smith, Robert Maclnnis, and Burt Rix. There were several others, but these are the ones who could be remembered.
