After his final pastorate in Belleville, Ontario, Rev. MacDowell retired and [1ch in the winter in Belleville, Ontario and in the summer in Clinton, P.E.I. with hisson, Wendell MacDowell.

Rev. MacDowell is married to the former Barbara MacKenzie of South Gran- ville, P.E.I., and they have three sons: John in Port Elgin, Ontario; Stuart in North vaicouver, BC, and Wendell in Clinton, P.E.I. His sister, Mrs. Frank Cutcliffe, livcs in Charlottetown, P.E.1.
