Jack, son of Captain Jack and Margaret Nicholson, married Gertie MacTavish.

Captain Jack Nicholson

Captain Jack married Margaret Munroe of Valleyfield, who died of TB. at an early age. Captain Jack Nicholson was a Harbour Master in Charlottetown.

Pat Murphy

Patrick Murphy married Amanda Finley. They lived in this house for a time, but eventually moved to Scentia Road in Vernon Bridge, PE.
