The eleven children of Peter and Georgie were all born in Orwell Cove. They are as follows:

Emmett, a seaman in the Navy during World War II, married Aurelie Wippell of Simcoe, ON. They had eight children, six boys and two girls. Aurelie passed away on November 18, 1992. She and two of their children are buried in St. Mary's Cemetery in Montague, PE;
Martina, a teacher, married Andrew Doyle of Summerville, PE in 1943, while he was a member of the Air Force in WWII. They have twelve children, nine girls and three boys;
James, a seaman in the Navy in WWII, had his Christmas dinner in Gibraltar when he was seventeen. He now resides in Calgary with his wife, Sophie Salley. They have one daughter who resides with her husband and family in Red Deer, AB;
John, a seaman in the Navy in WWII, is a retired contractorin Hamilton, Ontario, John married Charlotte Lavers, from Springhill, NS. They have seven children, five girls and two boys;
Stephen, a member of the Merchant Navy in WWII, farms in Alberry Plains. He married Wilma Darbyshire, of Wales, and they have seven children, five girls and two boys. Wilma passed away on June 3, 1993, and is buried in St. Joachim's Cemetery, Vernon River;
Beatrice, a stenographer, married Richard Blake of Quincy, MA. They spend their summers in Quincy and winters in Florida. They have four children, three boys and one girl;
Ivan, a building contractor, married Patricia Comeau of Ottawa. They reside in Hamilton and have four sons;
Michael, a seaman in the Korean War, married Perle MacDonald of Johnston's River. They live on the McKenna homestead and have three children, one boy and two girls;
