Legislative Assembly (6) The Council shall have power to add members, and also to select sub¬ committees to study specific items which mar arise in the Council dis¬ cussions. With these guidelines being adopted the work of the Council got underway. At the invitation of the Council, Mr. J. Merrill MacAlduff , Administrative Assistant of the Department of Labour, was requested to act as Secretary.
