Legislative Assembly

towns, are getting bogged down in taxes, this is another cost that they are going to have to carry. And personally, I think that while the first tenants in these units will possibly be residents of those towns, in ten years time they will be residents from outside the town and the towns people will be paying the taxes to keep these people in the rural areas, and this is what is happening. This is what is happening in Maine and all the other places I enquired about. They start off, all filled up with local residents but then within a few years, these people gradually get out and their places are occupied with the people from the country who move into poorer accommodations in the town, but the unfortunate part is that the Municipality, who can’t afford it, is going to have to share the cost of this.

Now, Mr. Speaker, it is 5:30 pm. so I guess I will have to move Adjournment. (Applause).
