“The Government has been represented on the joint committee studies of hos-

pital facilities and services.” I remember the many, many times that we discussed these things. It is old. -

“Medical Care." There is going to be a report on that. Well, I guess it will be fired out through the window with the Medicare Plan which we were promised during the last election, and I am sure that the Premier must feel a little bit of a warm flush coming up around his ears when he remembers it.

“My Government is now receiving substantial financial assistance for patients at Riverside.” That will be dealt with later.

“All—weather roads will be continued this year under the provisions of a newly negotiated agreement with the ADB.” An agreement, by the way which we had

initiated and started before we went out of power. You are just following our footsteps, that’s all.

“During the 1967 fishing season, Prince Edward Island landed an increased tonnage.” And boy, there was awful excitement when they caught a tuna down at East Point! The Minister, he is not in here now, the Minister of Golf Courses, he was out cutting the hay on the golf course and when he heard there was a tuna he left the hay to spoil in the field and he went down to East Point and out to sea he goes to catch a tuna. And my honourable friend the Minister of Natural Re- sources, he got out on the ship, and he toured the whole northwest end of Prince Edward Island looking for a tuna. I tell you Capt. Morgan never presented a more gallant figure, than the Minister of three portfolios as he had his spy glasses...

Honourable Cecil A. Miller: Mr. Speaker, I was not out on the ship.

Walter R. Shaw: Now my honourable friend if you have a question to ask that is all right.

Honourable Cecil A. Miller: Mr. Speaker, I rise on a point of order. Walter R. Shaw: What is the point of order?

Honourable Cecil A. Miller: I was not out on any ship. I did not go out on any ship. You are incorrect in your statement. That’s what.

Some Member: That’s not a point of order.

Walter R. Shaw: Mr. Speaker, before we go any further, I want the Minister who has a question to ask me to get up properly and ask it, and I will answer it or not answer it, that's my privilege. We might as well stop that right away. It was in the press that this man was out on a ship hunting tuna. Now, Mr. Speaker, I don’t want to be interrupted, that’s no point of order.

Honourable Cecil A. Miller: Mr. Speaker. . .. Walter R. Shaw: Mr. Speaker, would you call this man to order?

J. David Stewart: The tuna was looking for him. (Laughter) Walter R. Shaw: Well, the tuna was lucky that is all I have to say.

Some Member: May have been a codfish.

Walter R. Shaw: Anyway, the members of this government were hunting tuna. Out they went to sea, and they didn’t know even then that tuna had been located at East Point the year before. Now I am awfully sorry for the Minister of the three portfolios, if he had landed a tuna, why that would have fitted him just fine. Three portfolios and a tuna! (Laughter)

Now, then we come down here and this is the —— what they are going to do for agriculture! Well this is a joke. They are going to help the poultry industry. I think they are going to buy a new rooster for every poultryman 1n the Provmce. (Laughter) And that is about all they can do under these circumstances today. I Will

deal with that later.
