Water Authority; Dave Wood, Department of Agriculture; Dr. Malcolm Beck, Director of Mental Health; Eugene Gorman, Deputy Minister of Fisheries and the staff of Industrial Enterprises Incorporated. These are all men who have worked exceptionally hard in connection with this program. I just have a biographical sketches of some of the out of the Province personnel in the corp— oration. .Here’s a chap here, Nelson Ball, whose name I mentioned earlier, degrees Nova Scotia Agricultural College, Diploma two years to 1956, McGill University —— Animal Science B.Sc. Agriculture 1958, Michigan State — Resource Develop— ment, Master of Science in 1966. I shall offer this to any member of the House who wants to read it, and I hope you do want to read it. I hope you will read it because I am very disappointed and very disillusioned.

Walter R. Shaw: Are the names of those who are on the corporation in that list?
Hon. Alex. B. Campbell: I’m not certain that they’re all there. They’re not all there.
Walter R. Shaw: Oh, could I ask you another question? Sorry to interrupt you. ‘One of the men who is on that corporation when asked a question over T.V. about two weeks ago stated there was no Islander on their group.
Hon. Alex. B. Campbell: That is right, Mr. Speaker.
Walter R. Shaw: I’m just simply quoting what happened here.
Hon. Alex. B. Campbell: I think he said there was a Secretary from the Island. Walter R. Shaw: What?
Hon. Alex. B. Campbell: I think he said there was a Secretary from the But these are the people who have been working on this program.
Walter R. Shaw: Huhl! Hon. Alex. B. Campbell: What do you mean, “Huh”?
Walter R. Shaw: Well, I just mean that. You haven’t given us the names of the men who are on this corporation. No you didn’t. You’ve taken out, pulling people out of your hat because they’re not on this at all. You can ask questions of them but that’s all.
Hon. Alex. B. Campbell: Well, now, Mr. Speaker, the Leader of the Opposi- tion has just told this .House these people are not involved in the program and I can tell you . . . . I’m sorry, let’s read on. Let’s read on and we’ll tell you then, these are the personnel whose counselling and advice and work is involved in the phasing of the development program.
