M. Alban Farmer: No, we said we were going to have a system, we were going to put in a system of paying the taxes on city properties, that’s what we were going to . . . . that’s what we told them.
Hon. J. Elmer Blanchard: You told them that?
M. Alban Farmer:.. Yes, we did, we did, and that was, as I say, initiated and started, and the study was made. Now . . . .
Hon. J. Elmer Blanchard: It can be verified?
M. Alban Farmer: I would think so, I don’t see any reason why it couldn't. Now here, we have, here we have . . . .

Hon. J. Elmer Blanchard: A continuation of the grant that we gave, but it was supposed to end that past year.
M. Alban Farmer: What was supposed to end?
Hon. J. Elmer Blanchard: The annual grant given on the amalgamation of Spring Park and Charlottetown.
