(Inaudible Remarks amid turmoil)

Walter R. Shaw: He must retract it and I’m not fooling about this. Did he retract it? (Unknown Voices): No he didn’t.

Hon. Robert Campbell: I retracted it. Sure I did.

(Unknown Voice): No you didn’t.

Hon. Alex. B. Campbell: Mr. Speaker, if it’s helpful in this great excitement I think both members should retract those statements and get on with the Debate.

Walter R. Shaw: I didn’t make any such statement. Are you referring to me? You better not.

Hon. Alex. B. Campbell: You couldn’t do wrong, Sir. (Laughter)

Walter R. Shaw: I don’t want anyone hooting across the hall even though he may be an owl. (Laughter)

Mr. Speaker: I’ll ask both Members, you Mr. Third Kings and Mr. First Prince, both to retract their statements.

Leo F. Rossiter: Now, what do I have to retract? Hon. Robert Campbell: I did retract it, Sir.

Hon. Cecil A. Miller: That wasn’t what you said at all. Leo F. Rossiter: I retracted the other one.

Hon. Cecil A. Miller: All right then. (Laughter)

Leo F. Rossiter: And it appears to me, and it also appears to me, it also appears to me that the Government paid for it.

Hon. Alex. B. Campbell: A lot of things have appeared to you. (Laughter)

Leo F. Rossiter: I have here some invoices with the bottom of every one, Miscell- aneous Item $50.00 and I understand that the miscellaneous items that he now presents are $75.00. He charges $25.00 for making out the bill so this way it’s hidden,
