Walter R. Shaw: That’s in Central Kings.

Hon. M. Lorne Bonnell: I didn’t say it wasn’t.

Walter R. Shaw: Well, I want to pinpoint the Eastern Kings one.

Hon. M. Lorne Bonnell: Eastern Kings. When you get down to Kings County you §1t510e60%ot to go North or South. And we are going to spend approximately another

Walter R. Shaw: What?

Hon. M. Lorne Bonnell: We are going to spend approximately another $100,000 in that area this year.

Walter R. Shaw: Is that on the golf course?

Hon. M. Lorne Bonnell: In the golf course, park, recreational complex... Walter R. Shaw: Now, what’s a recreational complex?

Leo F. Rossiter: How much is it going to cost in Provincial money?

Hon. M. Lorne Bonnell: I am hoping, Mr. Member from Second Kings, thatit -will not cost us very much.

Leo F. Rossiter: That’s not the answer to my question. How much is it going to cost?

Hon. M. Lorne Bonnell: At the present time we have spent approximately $65,000 and of that amount, half would be provincial funds.

Walter R. Shaw: Are you sure that’s not $165,000? Pardon me, Mr. Speaker, the vote was $330,000. That’s. . . .

Hon. M. Lorne Bonnell: That’s Federal though. Walter R. Shaw: Yes, now half of that is Provincial so that’s 165,000.

Hon. M. Lorne Bonnell: That’s right. You’ve got good math. You are good in the math.

Walter R. Shaw: Oh, I’m keeping up. Lloyd G. MacPhail: Mr. Speaker, would the Minister permit a question?

Hon. M. Lorne Bonnell: I’d like to make a speech you know, pretty soon.

Lloyd G. MacPhail: You’re doing a pretty good job if you’d stick to the facts but, anyway, the question is this. He says, apparently, it costs about $65,000 and yet in answer to a question which I put to him some time ago, nearly a month ago now, he said it cost $83,797 at that time and now this is a month later. How do you explain it cost $65,000.. . .?

Hon. M. Lorne Bonnell: Oh, you’re right. Mr. Speaker, my Honorable friend is right. If he got the answer to my question that is exactly what was spent on it.

Lloyd G. MacPhail: So, you’re wrong now?

Hon. M. Lorne Bonnell: No, I said approximately, and approximately is not exactly. Lloyd G. MacPhail: Twenty-five percent out.

Hon. M. Lorne Bonnell: You got the exact figures.

Lloyd G. MacPhail: Thirty-five percent out is approximately.

Hon. M. Lorne Bonnell: Approximately. Well, if you don’t want any approximate figures any more, I won’t give you any figures. I’ll just leave you in the dark.

I’m trying to enlighten you. I’m trying to tell you what’s going on and when I try to tell you what’s going on, you don’t appreciate it.
