Informant Cyril Shaw (personal communication) stated that while he was still a young boy he recalled a gentleman by the name of Moar, some 88 years old when he died, who described the store, the well, boat building pits, pit for a whip saw, and small outbuildings in connection with shipbuilding and living facilities for a number of people.
