Motion is passed unanimously that Olive Campbell and Theresa Creed are writing the petition.

It was moved by Andrew Campbell and seconded by Clarence Campbell that Panmure Island Community Association apply for L.I.P. grant to build a skating rink and other children’s activities; motion was unanimously passed that a skating rink and children’s activities be formed.

Motion is made that an Association for some program for preschool children; motion is passed unanimously that an allocation be made for Panmure Island playschool be made for pre—school children.

Motion is passed by Theresa Creed and seconded by Andrew Campbell that everyone present be an organizer Committee of Panmure Island Community Association; motion carried.

Motion has been made by Joe French that we keep on with the petition for school; seconded by Andrew Campbell; motion carried.

Motion has been made by Gen Campbell that the Panmure park have trained and paid water supervisors (two beaches); seconded by George Creed; motion carried unanimously.

Motion is made that the men of Panmure Island will volunteer to make plans to save and restore the old graveyard and build a road leading

to it (men of meeting volunteered); motion passed unanimously that plans be made to restore old graveyard and road leading to it.

It was moved by Joe French that the meeting be adjourned; seconded by George Creed; motion carried.
