4. It was moved by Clarence Campbell that we have the school cleaned up; seconded by Thelma Moore; motion carried.
5. It was moved by Gertrude Partridge that young people have dances and a chaperone, sometime within the near future, after we have an executive meeting; seconded by Aloysius McDonald; motion carried.
6. Pauline Campbell volunteered to call the Maritime Electric to have the lights turned on.
7. It was moved by Gertrude Partridge that we have semi-annual membership fees of one dollar per family; seconded by Lem Moore;
motion carried.
8. It was moved by Lem Moore that we hold an executive meeting and discuss our plans for what kind of programs we will have on Tuesday, 25th of June; seconded by George Creed; motion carried.

Minutes of the Executive meeting
1. We held an executive meeting in the school Tuesday, June 25th with 5 members present at this meeting.
2. ' Pauline Campbell reported that she got the lights turned on and we swept up the school or building and dusted off cobwebs and dust and discovered that there are some furniture that belongs to the school in the attic that could be of some use.
3. Olive Campbell volunteered to hold the key to the school.
