The Secretary (Irene Campbell) reports getting the receipt of $1.00 for the purchase of the school.
Barbara Campbell of the entertainment Committee suggested we get the school cleaned up and the grass cut.
Theresa Creed volunteered to find out if there are any chairs available that we could have for the school or building.
Reggie Campbell suggested that we should remove the stove pipes.

Company to operate a canteen; seconded by Clarence Campbell; motion carried.
It was moved by Glen Partridge that we name the building the Panmure Island Community Hall; seconded by Olive Campbell; motion carried.
It was moved by Lem Moore that all members make sandwiches; seconded by Glen Partridge; motion carried.
It was moved by Gertrude Partridge that Olive Campbell and Theresa Creed buy a present for Mr. and Mrs. Aloysius McDonald; seconded by Clarence Campbell; motion carried.
It was moved by Clarence Campbell that Reggie Campbell and Barbara Campbell operate the canteen for the first Sunday; seconded by Olive Campbell; motion carried.
It was moved by Lem Moore that a notice be dropped in the mail box by Pauline Campbell the day before the meeting takes place; seconded by Thelma Moore; motion carried.
Donations of coffee and sugar cubes and milk and wooden sticks and dixie cups were made by Thelma Moore for the first Sunday, and for the second Sunday, Theresa Creed donated coffee, sugar cubes, milk and wooden sticks.
It was agreed that the women clean up the building and the men cut the grass.
