Community Association Minutes July 31, 1974

1. It was moved by Lem Moore that we pay the light bill; seconded by George Creed; motion carried.

2. It was moved by Thelma Moore that we respond to the letter, seconded by George Creed; motion carried.

3. It was moved by Lem Moore that we don’t have any meetings until Mr. & Mrs. George Creed return home from vacation.

4. It was moved by Thelma Moore that the canteen be closed for the season; seconded by George Creed; motion carried.

5. It was moved by Lem Moore that we pay $18.50 to Clarence Campbell to pay all bills; seconded by Thelma; motion carried.

6. It was moved by Thelma Moore that the meeting be adjourned; seconded by George Creed; motion carried.

7. It was agreed that we buy what we want and return the rest to Percy Hicken.

Community Association Minutes September 27, 1974

An association meeting was held in the school with the following present: Theresa and George Creed, John Willie J amieson, Oscar Campbell, Clarence and Larry Campbell, Olive, Andrew and Barbara Campbell, Reg Campbell, Lem Moore, Glen and Gertrude Partridge,

Neil Campbell.

The minutes for July 3 lst were read, and the letter written by the secretary Irene Campbell to Mr. Gilbert Clements about the safety

recommendations for the causeway.

President Theresa Creed reported that two light bills for $8.93 and $5.67 had been paid, and that there is cash on hand of $41.35.

It was reported by Theresa that Father Steele has chairs and two tables not being used, that we could have.

Motion by Lem, seconded by Clarence that we proceed to get the tables and chairs. Neil offered truck, Andrew to ask Father Steele, and

Oscar and Lem offered to help.
