Community Association Minutes November 27, 1974

Andrew and Olive Campbell’s

Present: Andrew and Olive, Clarence and Irene, George and Theresa, Reg Campbell, Lem Moore, Gertrude.

Minutes were read. Letter was read from Mr. Kelly saying L.I.P. project not accepted.

Cash on hand, $51.51. Bill for $3.04 from Maritime Electric.

Motion by Lem that one night a week the school be open for cards; seconded by Andrew. Wednesday evenings.

The prizes to be donations of any kind of food or anything anyone wished to give. The charge to be 25¢ a comer, the time 7 pm; carried.

George volunteered to get oil, and Clarence to light it. Clarence moved that light bill be paid immediately; carried.

Gertrude moved that a second key for the school be made, and volunteered to get it.

Theresa brought up the matter whether there should be a charge for the school. Decided not to have a charge for members.

Clarence moved, Reg seconded that meeting adjourn. Next meeting to be December 18th.
