$2,356 is to be used for material and, if short, to ask for $1,000 more. Cost of labour is $11, 640.

Motion by Peter Boudreault that Andrew Campbell be authorized to sign the contract and register for $1 ,000 more for material; seconded by

Joe French and Glen Partridge offered to donate $2500 each for lumber to be cut and sold and the money to be used for materials and repairs

for the school.

It was moved by Glen Partridge that Peter, Andrew and Lem Moore be nominated for the Building Committee program; seconded by Clarence Campbell; motion carried.

Gertrude Partridge moved that Peter Boudreault be the First (1st) Vice-president; seconded by Clarence Campbell; motion carried.

It was unanimously voted for Thelma Moore to be secretary. It is unanimously voted for Susan Campbell to be Treasurer.

It was moved by Glen Partridge that we have $20.00 petty cash to be deposited in bank; seconded by Lem Moore; motion carried.

Moved by Glen Partridge that we write a short note to thank Aloysius MacDonald for use of land for school; seconded by Clarence

Campbell; motion carried.
