Joe French and Glen Partridge offered to donate $2500 each for lumber to be cut and sold and the money to be used for materials and repairs
for the school.
It was moved by Glen Partridge that Peter, Andrew and Lem Moore be nominated for the Building Committee program; seconded by Clarence Campbell; motion carried.
Gertrude Partridge moved that Peter Boudreault be the First (1st) Vice-president; seconded by Clarence Campbell; motion carried.
It was unanimously voted for Thelma Moore to be secretary. It is unanimously voted for Susan Campbell to be Treasurer.
