confusion and division and the church's work is greatly hindered. In our church the spirit ofdemocracy is supreme, and the minority are always supposed to fall in with the majority. Let it be so in Zion. If only we have the spirit of Christ we will want to do, not our own will but what is the best good for all. Therefore, I pray that all the meetings of Zion Church be marked by harmony, peace, and the supreme desire to do the will of Christ.
I cannot write now at greater length but these last words come from my heart. I thoroughly enjoyed my work among you, short as it was and whether in the body or out of the body, Zion Church will be much in my thoughts and prayers. I feel I was called of God to start this new work among you and though I may not live to see its consummation, yet it is a matter of rejoicing to know that It is being carried to conclusion. There is an Old Testament prayer that I oflen pray as I think of your tail and sacrifices. It is at the close of the Nineteenth Psalm "And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us: and establish thou the works of our hands upon us: yea the work of our hands establish thou it. ” And now
