BARRATT ROBERT MILNE (1814 - )
His name was spelled Barriat and Barret in various records. Born in Nova Scotia, he was secretary of the Y. M. C. A. in Charlottetown. One of the earliest Session members noted as an emest and faithful temperance worker throughout the Dominion, and more especially in the Maritimes. It was Mr. Barratt who was the driving force in Session to have the
communion wine changed to unfermented wine. Served as elder from 1884 - 1892.
BOISNER WILLIAM A. ( 1897 - Dec 12, 1979)
Ordained an elder in 1956 and served to the time of his death 23 years later. William joined the Armed Services at age 17 and served from 1914 to 1918.
BRUCE DONALD Alexander( 1851 - )
Born P. E. 1., he was a merchant tailor, occupying the premises at 154-158 Richmond Street(now known as Victoria Row). He married Annie Fleigher April 10, 1878. He was ordained an elder 1896 and left
in the union of 1925.
CAMPBELL JOHN M.
Trustee (1897 - 1917 at various times)
Born April 13, 1856, Lochabar, Antigonish, Nova Scotia to Rev. Alex and Catherine (Clyne) both natives of Caithness, Scotland. Alex was a graduate of the Free Church College, Edinburgh and was ordained in 1843. Going first to St. Mary's, Lochabar, NS. and following 20 years there was called to Strath Albyn (Rose Valley-Springton) RE]. where he was pastor for fifteen years. He died in 1892 on his farm in Stillwater, N.S.
John spent his childhood in public school, obtaining a scholarship to Prince of Wales College. He taught school for a short time and accepted a position in the post office in Charlottetown in 1875. Progressmg through the various departments, by 1900 he was assistant postmaster.
He married in 1892, Constance L. Currie, daughter of customs collector, Donald Currie. John was a member of the Caledonia Club,
being secretary for twelve years.
